  • I just wanted to say what a terrific help Rentals America has been to me in securing a great rental on a move across country. Anyone considering renting through this company would be well served. I found their listing on the internet, gave them a call and they were happy to provide information about the listing. I completed the online application process and Stephanie called me the next day letting me know I was approved. The lease was signed, the deposit and first month's rent all organized online through their renter's portal. Everything was complete before I even arrived in the state... all I had to do was move in. Well here is where Rentals America went above and beyond. My furniture ended up arriving unexpectedly at my new address on the Sunday before I was to move in that week and I was not due to have the keys. Frantic, I phoned the office and left a message on their answering line as they are closed on the weekend. About two hours later, Andrea contacted me and had literally dropped everything to see that the place was move-in ready and write an early move in agreement. Andrea then drove out (on a Sunday) to organize the keys and allowed me move in and greet my movers about an hour later - thus solving what could have been a big problem and additional storage fees from the moving company. They called back to follow up that week to see all was ok and I signed the move in inspection form and all was a done deal. Very happy in my new place and my thanks again to all involved for a seller effort.
