  • I went here for sugaring, down there (Brazillian) and that too for the first time. And I definitely made the right choice. Kristen did an amazing job, and not even for a second did I feel uncomfortable. She was thorough and professional, and I would say definitely one of the few and the best in charlotte. - Spa had a relaxing nice ambience, - she sugared amazingly well, even though it was my first time, I didnt feel like hell, as was expected from first timers. - She kept me engaged in conversation which eased out the process. She is a great conversationalist, which helped, since i dont like going to people with cold attitude, after all its a sensitive process and I need to know whats happening, every moment. -she is quite detail oriented, and very experienced - The whole process was quite prompt, I didnt had to wait, and there was full privacy. -She explained the process quite well in advance. - I booked an appointment 3 days prior, and everything went smoothly. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, considering waxing/sugaring in charlotte.
