  • 2017 review: Certain shifts seem to have more goofing off going on than working (it's the same group on different days/hours). There are rare moments when I'm thrilled to hear certain familiar voices over the speaker because I know my order will be correct when I get to the window. Unfortunately though, more often than not, I hear the same group of females goofing off in the background and I expect my order to be less than stellar for these reasons: The baristas know who I am because I have to keep coming back to get my order fixed. They always make the drinks in the wrong ratios, or charge you for the wrong drink/item, or give you the wrong cup size. I tried to resolve the overcharging issue with a supervisor who offered to talk to the employee and add my name to the book for a replacement drink. Guess who showed up and was told that their name wasn't in the book? ******************************************** 2014 review : This location has baristas who know who I am before I even reach the window. *Friendly staff *Helpful with the ordering (we know it can get complicated) *Rarely gets an order incorrect
