  • Stopped in yesterday to look for the plastic clips to hang Christmas lights on the eaves of my house. Four employees in the Christmas area. Asked one of them. "Nope, we don't have them. We got wiped out last weekend." We apparently were bothering this group of FOUR employees who were debating which stand up angel decoration to put on the floor display area. A coworker went online today and found them at the N 5th store. The employee there couldn't have been nicer. Told him that there weren't any left at the Tropical store. His response "They didn't look and tell you where you could find them?" We will be going to Lowes or the Home Depot on N 5th in the future. The past several months, the customer service has been going downhill at the Tropical store.
