  • Although I live in Las Vegas, I purchased my GMC Terrain in Palm Springs, CA. My car needed an oil change so I called AutoNation GMC, made an appointment. I got there a half hour earlier than scheduled. As soon as I got there I was greeted and me the person writing up my service needs. I believe her name was Caryn. She was very pleasant and professional. She directed me to the customer service lounge where I was comfortable and watching The Ellen show. Caryn came in about 45 minutes later and asked if I'd like a car wash free of charge. Of course I said yes. All in all, my experience was met with very professional and pleasant staff. The customer lounge was comfortable and clean. I myself am in the auto industry so I am very critical when it comes to auto dealerships. AutoNation GMC gets a thumbs up!
