  • Our trainer for our 4 1/2-month-old golden retriever was Pat O'Hearn. The overall experience was excellent. Our dog, Brandy, exhibited typical puppy behavior. But, by the end of the first class, she was well on her way to being the well mannered but still friendly dog that we want. This is an experience which involves a lot of owner time investment as well as the weekly training with the dog trainer. If you are willing to put in the time and use the methods taught by Pat, the results are truly incredible. Although we could have our dog off-leash, I suggest that you keep your dog on-leash outside of a contained area for your dog's safety.
