I almost always prefer to go to Ulta- they're always friendly, very helpful and have a huge variety. However, there are always "Sephora exclusive" brands here, and so I make the trek here every so often. But man, talk about terrible customer service. They're severely understaffed, and the staff that is there is very curt. Apparently they don't look up your insider card to find your previous purchases, and heaven forbid they try to help you look for a purchase on your card- bc I mean they are inside a freaking JCP. Whatever. I knew it was my bad for coming back to exchange something and ultimately I was able to return it- but what had started as an exchange, ended as a loss in consumer. I don't mind waiting a bit especially when I don't have everything to make it seem less but the lack of products on the shelves and the attitude from the associates totally turns you off from trying to look around.
