  • I have used Design With Reach at least a half dozen times from my days when I lived in New York City and now that I have moved back to Toronto. I personally have only used the catalogue and/or online service but that being said, I LOVE THEM!! They are professional, and when I've had the odd small issue they were resolved immediately often faster than promised. The negative comments on this site about the price of their products or not having cash/carry inventory is rather irritating. Based on quality, style and service you get what you are paying for and this brand is fairly priced for their service and quality they offer. They do not pro port being a cash/carry retailer and all other high end design and furniture stores operate in the same fashion. These are often famous and classic furniture pieces that are great accents in most residences. If you want cheap, cash/carry than you have never evolved past college and IKEA in your taste or thinking. It's time to make a decision to either stay immature or grow up, evolve and be a "big boy" in the adult world of real furniture. As with every company you must take recommendations from anonymous people with a grain of salt (including mine!) but in conclusion I love how they make classic and iconic furniture pieces available to everyone when previously these furniture pieces were only available through designers. I stand behind my review as truthful, accurate and sincere.
