  • We had an unexpectedly fun night here last night. We originally had dinner on the square, not planning on going anywhere afterwards but once the margaritas were a flowin', we thought dancing sounded like a great idea. We got over to Plan B around 8:50, 10 minutes before they would've charged cover. The bartended smiled and greeted us right away. There weren't many people in there at the time, most of the guests sitting at the bar were on their phone (spotted some swiping actions if you know what I mean :D). The environment is pretty sweet. Multicolored changing lights underneath the bar area and TVs and projectors all around established the night club dance scene vibes. They were playing mostly hip hop/rap songs and projecting the songs' youtube music videos on every screen. After we felt out the situation for a bit, a DJ showed up and we asked how making requests worked. He said he would play whatever we wanted until it got busier (heyooooo!). That's when things got fun. We tipped $5 and got to hear some grimy electronic songs. We were one of three couples dancing in the dance area. It ended up being a super fun night. The drink prices were as expected. About $6 for a mixed drink. Overall, super fun and open people in that bar. I could see it being a little more exciting later in the night, but we were happy catching an uber and being in bed before midnight.
