  • Walked in today with a friend and they were crowded. We couldn't stay anyway. Wanted to order something to go. We ordered toast. She said its going to be a wait for it. And I said for what the toast? And she said yes. About 20-25minutes. I was shocked and thought it was a joke cuz only needed to put it in the toaster and hand me some butter and jam. They said we have other people waiting. I said for toast? U could actually tell a customer to wait 25 minutes for toast? I then realized in this place, the staff sucks. U will be out of business with staff who have no idea how to work in the food industry. You just lost my business and my friends with that idiotic response. And I used to frequent the place often.
