  • I recently needed an emergency facial on a Sunday. Seriously. Could have been stress, or living in the desert, or some combination thereof, but my skin was outta control. Although Vegas is a 24 hour city, it seems like facials on a Sunday are hard to come by unless you're willing to roll out some serious moohla for places on the strip or a super fancy spa. (Which I am not.) After yelping for an esthetician available on a Sunday, I stumbled upon this place. I called and within 30 minutes, got a call back from Luisa. Within 2 hours, I was on my way to an appointment. Long story short, I loved her and the facial! She's young but has five or six years experience as an esthetician. She really seems to care about the client's skin. When I arrived, we talked about the current state of my skin, skin history and what I was looking for. She looked my skin over, gave some recommendations, and then got to work. Because it was a more of a cleansing/extracting type facial, it wasn't the most relaxing experience ever, but she really got in there and took care of business, which is what I was looking for. I also loved that she didn't try to push any products on me. She explained that while she prefers organic products, at the end of the day, she looks out for the best interests of her clients, which means that in some cases she'll recommend OTC stuff, sometimes organic stuff or sometimes plain minerals. All in all, this was the least expensive yet most comprehensive facial I've had in town.
