  • After a long day of work, having your car break down because the battery went out and it being 101 outside. Nobody wants to deal with jerks. Me and my boyfriend came to auto zone to get a new battery First of all there was 3 people behind the counter, only one guy working and helping customers... Seriously!? Then its our turn and the guy told us to go to someone else... So we get Jesse V. Total jerk. Doesn't say hello, how can I help you, doesn't even look at us, just hooks up our battery to some machine, my boyfriend said that we just need a new battery and he said "its policy to run the test". My boyfriend then asked if it had really low voltage and Jesse V. Ignored him.... Halfway through I got upset and walked about because this guy was being so rude. Terrible customer service. My boyfriend told me after the fact that after he paid for the new battery Jesse V. Jesse V just said this is yours patted the new battery and just walked off and that's how he knew the transaction was complete.. I would honestly of taken my money else where if we weren't so exhausted. This guy was terrible , so rude and no good customer service from not only jerk Jesse v but the whole store! There was even a short skinny Spanish woman who looked like the supervisor and didn't greet anyone or ask if we needed anything or that someone would be right with us, she only gave us dirty looks. So disappointed, won't be coming here again, I'd much rather go to O'Riley's where I know people are friendly and actually care about helping us and being kind.
