  • This law office is pathetic. I got a DUI about a few years ago, and I came to them to see what they could do for me. Frizzell's case manager told me that even though my BAC was relatively high, they'd be able to get it reduced to reckless driving and get the DMV to not suspend my driver's license. Well, the DMV didn't take my license because the arresting officer didn't show up to the DMV hearing, which I was pretty happy about. Then, on the court date 5 months later, he didn't get it reduced to reckless driving because my BAC was too high (wasn't a problem for the case when I was about to pay them over $1,000) AND I ended up losing my license anyway because I was pretty much forced to plead guilty to the DUI, which is something I could have done myself without legal "representation". He made up a lie about how the laws had recently (and conveniently, might I add) changed, and that if I went to trial and lost, I would go to jail for up to 6 months. This is not true because the five other law firms I called after the fact told me this was complete BS. Go anywhere else but here. They will lie to you to get your money, and then there's essentially nothing you can do about it once the verdict is rendered. How many more people will have to fall victim to this rip-off artist before something is actually done about it? Update (05/17/2014): I had a feeling there was something suspicious about Frizzell suddenly getting all these 5-star ratings within less than a week of each other, when reviews are normally posted within a month or two (sometimes longer) of one another. Also, within this exact time frame, Mr. Frizzell posted a profile on here about his office as well as himself. Coincidence? Let's take a look, shall we? With a quick social network search on all four of them, Milena M., Jenny F., Jonathan A. (who posted reviews for this law office on here and Google Reviews, where their full names can be seen) in addition to one Bailey S. just so happen to be Facebook friends with certain members of Kenneth Frizzell's family. Obviously, all the much-deserved negative reviews, which can also be found on LawyerRatingz.com, YellowPages.com, Google Reviews, and even a couple of Avvo.com, are costing him business, so now he is getting people to boost his scores on here and other major review sites. Desperation is never a good look.
