  • Truly the most horrible service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Staff doesn't seem to care about their clients at all. Pick up of the vehicle took one hour. The car seat that I had paid for was not in the vehicle And when I consulted with one of the agents about the issue she almost yelled at me clearly not having a very good day. Drop off of the vehicle took over 50 minutes and I was almost late for my flight although I had arrived 2 1/2 hours early. Never ever ever rent from here!
