  • I truly don't understand the poor reviews. My family is full of major Toyota drivers, and we recently purchased a Ford Explorer through San Tan and the experience was exceptional. Friendly, low-hassle service- we had a few folks asked if we were okay and when we explained we were just looking they backed off and gave us some distance. It was a hot day when we bought (July) and the staff offered free cold bottled water. The finance team (Abraham) was nice, knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on extended warranty coverage. The showroom is well designed, easy to get around, nice and cool A/C (remember, we were there in July) and they showcase their premiere autos (Shelby Mustang). I am certain we received a great deal on the truck. The "sale" process took less than an hour, we spent maybe 3 hours at the dealer total (hunting, questions, test drive, purchase, finance, etc.). We received a follow-up call from our sales person the following day- making sure we were happy with our purchase. The owner greeted us and thanked for our business after we "rang the gong". Most of the AZ Cardinals shop here, offering pretty cool stories from staff if you ask them. The service station is excellent- we came in for quick battery check (they replaced for free after discovering issues), and a quick wait the couple times I've been there. They'll wash the car every time you come through as a courtesy service.
