  • I am sorry to say, but this company lacks it all - we ordered several gates, production took twice as long as promised, when delivered, one was not as ordered and had to go back - they fixed it, but sloppy work and poor Q/A was apparent all through the process. After a few months, one gate began showing severe rust problem. A service rep came out and took pictures and promised to check with the owner what they could do about it - it has now been several months with no follow up. Conclusion; poor product, poor service, poor quality and they will not stand behind their products.
