Scheduled service to change the oil and rotate tires on my Toyota vehicle. Guess what they did? They told me they rotated my tires and did NOT. I busted them. They refunded me for the rotation ONLY. His is their version of "service". They blamed the technician. The technician blamed too many vehicles and "lost track". I expect full restitution for the entire service. What sort of company does this and tolerates this?! I know! A company who's policy it is to CHARGE for service but not actually perform the service that was paid for. In the legal world that is known as fraud. That is theft. Yes they addressed one component of the service but clearly they had no intention of performing what I have PAID FOR.
