  • Normally, I'd give the Joya Spa 5 stars based on my past experiences here so it hurts me to write this. I was extremely excited about an upcoming stay at the Montelucia where I pre-paid a spa package. When trying to book my spa appointments I was told because of the promotion, they weren't taking any appointments for the entire week of my stay and I'd have to go somewhere else. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not have booked my trip at this hotel had I known that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the spa during my stay.
