  • Today was the first and last time I will go to Polish N Style. When I called to get an appointment, I had to leave a message 2 different times in order for her to call me back. She does not do weekend appointments. When I scheduled the appointment she told me to do a few different things before my appointment, one was to watch a 9 minute video about Lipomassage. Who has the time to watch a 9 minute sales pitch? I arrived at my appointment on time. But I did not actually get into the room until 20 minutes after my appointment was suppose to start, since she was running behind. She barely apologized, I think she was more annoyed that someone actually knocked on her door to remind her there was someone waiting for her. She never actually came to me and introduced herself, even though I was the only one waiting to be helped. I had asked her a question about how much the machine was hurting, and she gave me attitude about asking her a question. Her excuse for most things is well I am booked until December. In general very poor attitude and customer service.
