I told myself not to go to Cabelas, because I knew I would end up getting frustrated. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I wanted to have it in hand today, so I went against my judgment and went to the store to buy it.
Exactly what I was worried about happened. I stood patiently by the item I wanted in the glass showcase. After 20 minutes of standing there with not even an acknowledgment from anybody I was trying to get help from....Finally one of the employees behind the counter said he would be right with me. I waited another 30 minutes before I said to hell with it.
If you're going to build a massive monstrosity of a store and not staff it correctly, i'd rather buy my crap sight-unseen off of the Internet for a better deal. Maybe next time take a few of the employees hocking Cabela's credit cards and instead try to help your customers.
