  • Where should I start first I took my brand new truck to the dealership as I had some recalls that had to be taken care of so they did not have my vehicle ready as promised as they had a power shortage and all labor was shut down. Reservation for a vehicle was made at 12:30 per Dodge dealership as my vehicle would not be ready for three days I show up to enterprise and wait for a half hour as no car was ready for me their excuse was we're getting it ready for you cleaning etc... they finally bring a dirty vehicle disgusting on the inside and to top it off the car reeked of cigarette smoke and me as a non smoker was totally disgusted as I have family in town that I have to entertain in this vehicle so with that being said I would not ever recommend this Enterprise to my worst enemy oh they gave me the car with less than a 1/4 tank to boot .If this were my company I would have definitely had someone wash and clean it on the spot but since they were rushing to get out of there they failed to even ask if the car was up to par funny thing was manager was in the office and allowed this . Unreal !!!!!!!!
