  • Terrible experience, first time customer. Owner did my nails and I was not happy. He was in a rush to finish as he had another customer with an appointment waiting. He should not have taken me if he did not have ample time. Cut my finger, left nail polish on my skin, incorrectly shaped my nails, even after I pointed it out. His hands were dirty and the tools used did not appear to be sanitary (Did not come out of a sanitized package). Left extra gel on sides of nails. Paid $35 with no tip as I was very disappointed. After arriving home and thinking about it I decided to return and ask for a refund. The owner was rude and insisted he would cut them off first. I relayed in no uncertain terms, they were not touching my hands again! Long story short - I did get a refund. I will never return or recommend this business to anyone! Stay away, too many clean, professional shops that do a much better job. Businesses should always have a customer first, customer always be satisfied attitude. This place falls way way short of that.
