  • Will recommend this place to anyone who needs glass/body work. How many times can you say a place charges you several hundred $$$ LESS than their estimate? Well, it happened here! The back window was totaled on our 97 Lexus Rx400h, and this is not a simple pop the new glass in thing, like a windshield; rather, the whole hatch had to be dismantled, the broken glass bits removed from the interior of the hatch and every possible crevice in the entire rear area, then the new OEM window glued in after putting everything back together, including the wiring for the defroster, the wiper, the Sirius XM, the gate operation, the AM/FM. Not only did they accomplish all this in less than 48 hours, but they also managed to detail the interior. Also, they referred me to a nearby car rental shop, where they have negotiated a very low rate for their customers. Ron et al, thank you so much for all your efforts, and for keeping us updated through the entire process! All in all, a great experience, after the high stress of the accident.
