This location could use a refresher course on customer service and doing their job in a timely manner. I scheduled my initial appointment 10 days in advance and took the day off to bring my kids in. The day prior I get a phone call that my insurance company is having a computer problem, so they couldn't get preauthorization. Why they waited until the afternoon before my appointment is puzzling. Every time I called to try and change the appointment the woman on the phone (Jordan) was extremely short and snotty and didn't seem to care to help get a new appointment time. I have plenty of choices for my children's eye doctor, and this place will not be one of them.
