  • Very happy. The sales process at Earnhardt Hyundai in North Scottsdale was pleasant and far from painful (apart from laying out thousands for a car, which will always be tough!!). I typically hate walking into car dealerships but this was different. Heath and Jeff in the sales department provided me with an offer on the car I wanted and a trade in price for my Honda CRV. I shopped around to confirm the price was good, and it was. I wasn't too sure about the purchase and no pressure was placed upon me whatsoever - I was told that the price & trade in would remain the same regardless of whether I bought today or once I've had time to think over the course of the next week. They have continued to be kind, helpful and courteous since our first visit. A truly pleasant experience. We just hope they live up to their word and continue with this fantastic customer service :) I'll update this review in 3 months to provide some further detail...
