  • "Wheelchair accessible" room is not accessible. I asked for pictures of the wheelchair accessible room and measurements, and they made me sign an agreement before sending me the pictures that I would not post them anywhere. They claimed it was because the pictures "are not professional quality" but it's actually because the rooms are not actually accessible, per AODA law. I cannot post the pictures, but here are the measurements they gave me: Main suite door is 29" The living room to vanity area is 27" The bedroom to vanity area is 29" The bathroom doors are 30 1/2" wide My wheelchair wouldn't even be able to get through the main door. Even if you don't have a disability that would require a special room, I encourage you to support other businesses who provide fully wheelchair accessible options.
