  • I can only start with one word...AMAZING! I had to have a tooth extraction, and I am "thee-most-fearful-dental-patient-alive". The office staff was very friendly, caring, and engaging. When I went back for the consultation, I meet my "Angel", Sherri. She was so calming and understanding of my nervousness as she went thru everything with me that I actually started to relax...as much as possible for me ;) As we were finishing, she told me that she would "personally" come in the next day and sit with me while the procedure was being done. When Doctor Hall came in to meet me and go over everything, I again felt a total calm about him also. He was very reassuring and left me feeling more at ease in a dental chair then I have felt in years! The next day, which so happened to be a Saturday, ( another reason to praise this place) I was again nervous and once back in the chair, just as promised, Sherri came in and assisted Dr. Hull. I had a "moment" after the injections, which could have gotten the better of me, but my "Angel", Sherri was there and within minutes she had me completely relaxed and able to continue the procedure. Dr. Hull was amazing and the next thing I knew, he was tapping me on the shoulder with a "thumps up". I could not believe it was over. It was the best experience I have ever had in a dental chair. I cannot express enough the level of caring and understanding of my fears that I received from Sherri, and Dr. Hull. I only wish I could get ALL my work performed by them. My eternal gratitude to them both!
