  • I first contacted Stell Roofing in 2015, when I was looking to get a small, flat roof above the garage replaced. Our area had experienced major storms & it was a busy time for everyone. They hadn't the time to even come out for an estimate, so I went with another company, who gave me a quote on a total roof replacement. I just had the garage done as it was leaking during every rain. This past May, I called Mike Stell again, and he promptly came out to take a look at the house. When I mentioned the call a year ago, he apologized profusely for not being able to come out then. Being "too busy" is not necessarily a bad thing, but he was genuinely sorry. He climbed onto the roof, surveyed what needed to be done, and just for the fun of it, cleaned off the leaves from that flat garage roof so they wouldn't clog up the scuppers. His estimate was lower than the first company, but it wouldn't have mattered - his honesty and professionalism won me over. The communication between Mike and Michelle was great. Workers were here when expected, and would've had the job done in a day if not for a patch of bad weather. I sent him a picture of my neighbor's tree branches that would be in their way; no problem, they trimmed them back. They took all precautions and cleaned up everything afterwards. The roof looks great and is ready for any monsoon. He was definitely worth waiting for! I was home both days and the noise was what you'd expect. Well, maybe a little more.The second day, however, I slept through the first 2 hours so you get used to it. They do warn you of things falling off shelves or walls, so take heed...there is a lot of vibration! And they removed my satellite dish, too, but replaced it when finished and I had no further interruptions. I would recommend Stell Roofing based on their work ethic, communication, professionalism, quality, and price. Great company, all around! Thank you, everyone!
