  • Dr. Peterson was great, that is the ONLY reason I am giving them one star. I never met Dr. Zilberman. The last time I took my daughter to her check up and vaccination appointment I was BEYOND LIVID! During that appoint Dr. Peterson was out. I had a 2:30 appointment. I waited for an hour in the waiting room before being called back. This is normal. HOWEVER, when I was taken into the examination room I was there until 6:00 PM BEFORE THE PA-C was able to see my child. What ticked me off was the fact that I was the second person to arrive. I understand doctors tend to book several appointments for the same time frame. When I showed up at 2:15, there was 1 other person ahead of me. After being in the waiting room for 5 minutes, 7 other families showed up AFTER my arrival, not to mention the rest of the appointments scheduled until 5:00. They were ALL seen before me!!! Once I was called into the back, I was there for 30 min before asking for an update. I was told the doctor was behind, and he would be with me in about 10 min. Another 30 min passed. Again I asked for an update and I was given the same lame excuse as before. I waited... Finally, at about 4:45/5:00 I was told that the doctor was still behind, but I could see the PA-C, I agreed. She came in, was somewhat helpful and walked out. I then had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the nurse came in to give my daughter her shots. By the time she came in it was past 6. Of course the nurse was in a hurry to get out of there herself. She was rushing and was so rough. I have never wanted to punch a nurse so BAD in my life! Not only was she rough with my daughter, she punctured her little leg so hard, she now has a permanent scar from the vaccination, all because she was in a hurry! Careless, disrespectful, and just plain RUDE! The ONLY reason I put up with this unprofessionalism was because my daughter needed her vaccines. Once she was done, she rushed me out of the exam room. As I walked out changing my daughter in the hallway all the nurses were standing around the check out desk waiting for me to walk out. When I looked around I realized the office was closed. I was out of there by 6:45 PM... Never again will I go back to this office and I will NEVER recommend anyone there. They have no respect for you as a person!
