  • Full damage waiver is a hoax! I had an incident while holding full waiver, their associates mentioned I owe nothing and closed the event. 18 months later, they silently sneaked in a collect notice through 3rd party with no explanation whatsoever. Their customer care is unhelpful, and directed to the collection agency! DON'T TRUST ZIPCAR! You've been warned!
