| - New management took over April 2018 and the experience thus far is horrible to say the least. This was a class A property, but no more. Looking around at a mattress in the dumpster area that blocked the entrance for over 6 weeks, navigating through the pigeon waste on my stairway, going to the pool on a holiday weekend only to find the place in disrepair and shambles. I couldn't entertain my guests and BBQ because both grills are broken, the table and chairs had accumulated dirt that looked like it has been neglected and what looks like blood splattered all around the table area , near poolside and the drips lead towards the bathrooms located at the other end of the pool. When I went to management and kindly expressed my concerns, I told her I'm not one to complain but im frustrated knowing this is not just one thing that has been happening since the new management Avenue 5 took over. I filed a work order and received a message back stating the issues have been addressed. Yet nothing has been done. I feel lied to, given a major brush off. I've been patient, over 60 days waiting to see improvements and I feel that I pay my rent on time and I'm not getting my value for a property that advertises as a class A and states they pride themselves in customer service. Nothing has been done, no one has called me, no follow up. Customer service is non existent. The best way to describe the vibe at this office is hostile and unprofessional. I came to the office with the best intent and I was lied to, given excuses with no remedy, still living among bird feces and the most disgusting thing is when I was leaving the office another manager, who was not part of my conversation said in a very sarcastic tone and with pure malice " And YOU enjoy the rest of YOUR evening" The way he said it was totally disrespectful, he ridiculed me. I didn't come to the office to be abused. Don't rent here unless you have low standards and don't mind bring treated badly.
