  • I wanted to be in love with this place but it's not time yet. Finally made it here a couple of weeks ago during Art Walk. I was nervous that it would be busy but it was just me, my friend and the person who worked there, who seemed really awkward. we glanced over the many flavor offerings, and when I asked for a sample of a flavor or two, she made it seem like I was putting her out?!! Everyone else who wrote reviews said that they were encouraged to try samples. I must not have had that person because age just stood there in silence, looking at us the whole time, like she was waiting for us to leave. The ginger wasabi was really good but the cap'n crunch seemed just ok to me. The ice cream didn't taste too creamy but maybe they're still working out the best formulas. I will come in again, in hopes that I get a different ice cream server. Somehow the teenagers at Mitchell's are friendlier.
