  • This is a great shop. If you want a shop that cares about you and your bike, regardless of where you got it or how much you paid, this is the shop you want. We bought two bikes here and I take my awesome older road bike, they tuned up my Klein to make it feel brand new. Honest, caring... awesome team. I am thinking of a new endurance road bike and I will buy it here. What I really love is I am an older guy, but they respect that I am as passionate about my cycling as the younger riders. Too many shops judge customers. Not at Southwest. Great shop... five stars.
