rev:text	The owner is amazing and very helpful. The day I called for my husband to get quotes he explained everything to me in terms I could understand so I could relay the information to my husband. we ended up purchasing our system here a few months ago and the system came with a 3 year warranty. this business is a perfect example of keeping up to their warranty and customer service. today we were out running errands and realized something was wrong. we called and they said it was a part of their 3 year warranty and to come in today and take a look. when we got there he took a look and realized the speaker needed to be replaced. he replaced it and gave my husband the baddest speaker he could when replacing it and it only took 30 minutes!! this is what customer service is! thank you guys at dc sound the dean family appreciates you and your service!
