  • If I could give negative stars I would. I do not come to this location often because I go to the one closer to my home but today I was going to go to Dunkin Donuts but the line was too long so I figured I would just stop here as it is down and the street and omw to work. I opted to go inside because the drive through line was long. Only one lady in front of me. I ordered a Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato w an add shot. I wait.......I wait.....I wait. I ordered at 6:54. By the time I got my drink it was 7:05. As I'm watching her, I look at the tiny shot she was pouring into my cup. Not only did it NOT look like a triple shot, it didn't even look like 2 shots. So I asked is this an add shot? With a snarky attitude she replies I said triple shot caramel macchiato. I said ok. Hmmm maybe I missed her pouring the other shot in. NOPE. I AM CURRENTLY DRINKING CARAMEL MILK. DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!!! Thank goodness for customer service. The young lady I spoke with when I called 800# was very polite and credited my account with the cost of the drink. I will not go here and if Im in a bind and need Starbucks I will only be getting a regular old coffee. No specialty drinks from here that's for damn sure!
