  • WAS a patient for several years but leaving do to terrible front desk staff!!! I had strep throat and called in the morning for same day appointment. They only had an 11:40am but I couldn't get there until 230pm. They said other doctors in the office had plenty of openings that day but due to doctors policy I couldn't see anyone but Dr Dicke or I would have to come in and complete paperwork and then a decision would be made to let me see someone else there. Receptionist said I would just have to go to ER or urgent care otherwise!! I won't be back!!!
