  • Door went down on Sunday , they were at the house Monday morning they showed up 10 minutes early fro a 7 a.m. appointment (car was outside so not an emergency). Knew the problem, identified some areas that need preventative maintenance. Walked me through what needed done, did it very quickly. delivered everything they promised and even did some minor repairs at no extra charge (tightening bolts on rails, etc.). If they've been to your garage before, they left a sticker on your garage door or opener motor. CALL THEM!. I would call them again and I would recommend them to my friends.
