  • Terrible mechanics! Went in to see why my AC went out, first mechanic and technician Doug said it was my temperature button. It was $150 for them to diagnose the car and $63 to order the button. So I did; next week, I come back to get an oil change and install the button. A new mechanic now tells me it's NOT the temperature button it's actually a $551 part that costs about $300 to installI immediately ask for the manager of course he's not in. After 5 weeks of phone tag with the new technician and the manager I got a used part that still cost me an additional $266. The technician Jag was awesome and understood how frustrated I was but from now on I don't trust those mechanics (I doubt they even took the time to check other things under the hood, such as the levels etc). I WILL NEVER GO BACK unless it's something only Mazda can do or order.
