We planned to go to PF Chang but did not want to wait an hour to be seated. Stopped by Bahama breeze and were seated immediately. The reason being the size and seating capacity is easily twice as big as the former.
I had been to Bahamas breeze in Memphis in 2006 and had the artery clogging humongous onion rings. The chicken kabobs were bland. Never went back.
Now it looks like some of the menu is new. more chicken options. They have a great drinks menu.
This time we ordered the buttermilk chicken and the chicken Santiago. Both dishes were delicious. Santiago chicken comes in a calorie conscious size. The red pepper sauce tastes so good. For drinks the parrot punch was on the sweeter side, the blue carcau margarita on the rocks was slightly salty... Both drinks tasted good. Service was little rushed. Ambiance is as usual.
I would definitely revisit.
