It's 3-Stars A-OK, for a budget hotel. It is a bit like writing a review for the Olive Garden and comparing it to a high-end steak house. That said, while I usually stay at a suite at the MGM Signature, I missed my flight because I saw Nigel and his team from So You Think You Can Dance and somehow when to the wrong terminal. I am not usually that big of an idiot, but this time I was. My punishment was I had to stay at the Luxor as my then boyfriend (now husband) had switched hotels when I left; he was staying an extra day or two and felt no need with my being gone to pay for a more expensive room. Anyway, he came to the airport to pick me up and back to the Luxor we went.
The room was fine, nothing fancy, just fine. I like to be able to open the windows for fresh air, but that was not possible and I felt a little claustrophobic. The ceilings are low, probably standard height but seem low to me. The bathroom was an average size and clean.
There are places to eat there which aren't a mile walk away and enough gambling opportunities. Everybody was friendly and since I only stayed there about 16 hours, I can't say much more.
