Be prepared for massive lineups for anything popular and slow moving crowds. The lineups are understandable, especially for popular items like meat skewers, stinky tofu (not my cup of tea personally), and twisted potatoes. The problem is that compact layout stalls means that you have to constantly cut through lines to get anywhere. Plus some stalls like to use two lines for whatever reason - one for paying and another for ordering (why??). I really enjoyed the variety of food, but the spacing issue was a real drag. Also, some stands need to either limit how many skewers can be ordered at once, or let people know they can only cook a few skewers at a time
