| - I went in earlier today, Saturday, at about 3:50PM. Their website lists their hours for Saturdays as 8AM to 5PM, as does the sign on their door. In big black letters.
When I walk in, the guy at the desk kind of ignores me. No acknowledgement. I hover for a few moments, like a creeper. The man finally decides I'm important enough to look at. I ask for an oil change, but he tells me that they're closed. I say, "the website and door sign say you close at 5PM today." He snarkily replies, "no, we close at 4 on Saturdays."
I briefly consider being a dick and telling him that even if that's the case, it's only 3:50 and there's still 10 minutes left til 4. But I decide against it, because obviously the place is worthless and full of lazy people who do not care about customer service, nor advertising correct hours of operation (or at least abiding by their stated hours of operation). With such substandard work ethic, I'd be afraid they'd screw something up with the oil change anyway, and my car would explode as soon as I left the lot.
I just shake my head. I walk out and get my oil changed a few blocks down the road.
