Woman who owns the store is not kind in the least. The store itself is amazing, it is a shame and a half that the management ruined my experience. My first order did not live up to expectations - a ton of them popped a week before they should have and destroyed my project in the meantime. My heart was shattered at the days wasted, BUT I thought that it was just a learning experience and moved on to my next idea which would require more balloons.
When I called, I explained the above to the owner and she was not very responsive. I was not expecting anything in return, but simply wanted to let her know what happened. I was speaking to her and asking prices (for another idea) and she said "YOU would be stupid to order the same thing" (she would later deny everything and say "it" not "you"). I was hurt by her words and got slightly emotional and started crying gently, partly due to exhaustion of late nights from my first attempt and partially because I really don't appreciate being called stupid, or even my actions to be called stupid (if that really was her best defence). She made fun of my emotions and then coldly said we should not do business together.
Um, hello, I was not asking for money and was in fact trying to give you more of my money because I admit my first concept did not work, but my time is limited and this location is convenient.
I cannot begin to express my disappointment with the service. I am an event planner and am now trying to find a new location.
