I have never left a store so upset in my life! I came to find the worker provided me with false information about buying out my phone.
He was kind and helpful and got on the phone to check why my payments were not going towards my total amount due on the phone. To hang up and bestow upon me the news that I was paying all for nothing.
Its just interesting that as soon as he hung up the phone with sprint and told me they weren't going to honor my payments followed up to see if I wanted to get the newest iPhone in stock! And when I said no, I will call sprint myself and figure this, out he copped an attitude. Customer service dude, its your job.
Needless to say I called Sprint myself and they gave me all the info I needed telling me I will in fact own my phone in a matter of months. Just know do your own research.
