TERRIBLE online ordering experience!!! I had placed an order on Sat 2/21; the afternoon of Monday 2/23 I call to get a tracking number. The lady tells me that I needed to talk to their shipping department; doesnt offer to transfer me nor give a contact number. I call back later that evening and spoke to another guy, & he tells me the order had shipped already. So I ask him what the tracking number was and he cant provide one?!?! I ask him how do you ship something out without any way to track the shipment, especially when its UPS? His reply was it was shipped via USPS. So I ask him again, how do you ship something without having any sort of way to track a shipment; which is provided by the USPS. Im a pretty patient & understanding person; but now I feel like Im being lied to along w no correspondence on their part whatsoever. I call back Tuesday morning to see if the order shipped; but still nothing. The gentleman I spoke to said he would look into it and call me. Instead I receive an email from them stating there is an issue w my order and to expect a response in 2 days, late Tuesday evening. I call Thursday afternoon and still nothing. It is now Friday, almost a week & still no response from them. I think Im going to have to pass ever doing business w this retailer ever again!!!! It appears my bank is going to have to deal w this online transaction because Im done dealing w them.
