  • Let me begin by saying that this was my third time here. The first time I saw Ashley and the second time I saw Carrie, and they both did a five star job. I'm not one to usually stick with a certain stylist because my schedule is so erratic. I typically just have to take who is available when my schedule opens up. In this case Lindsey was the one available. I showed her the photo of what I wanted, and what I have been working toward when visiting with Ashley and Carrie. You can tell from the after picture that it was nothing like I wanted. I came in as a blonde with darker roots, purposeful dark roots, and asked that the dark roots be made interspersed with chunky blonde highlights. I ended up with dark all over, and orange sporadically placed. I'm not usually picky about my hair, but in this case it was so far off from what I requested, and the picture I had shown, I felt obliged to write a review. I realize that I can't post pictures in this review. I will post after the review has been written. UPDATE: Wow, this is a business that cares about their customers! Within minutes of posting this review, I received a call from the owner offering a sincere apology, & a fix on the house at MY convenience....she's doing it herself and coming in on her day off. Now JUST WHERE do you get customer service like that these days?! Very impressive, and of course, so appreciated :-). The re-do hasn't been done yet, but the gesture alone makes me update from 1-star to 10! Well, Yelp only allows 5 so that's what I gave:-) You WILL end up happy here so don't hesitate to pay them a visit! Thanks Shari (sp?)!
