A restaurant straight out of the most ghetto parts of Asia.
I got the traditional yun style broth and my best friend got the tom yum broth. We ordered marinated pork hock and the shredded cucumber appetizer to share.
The shredded cucumber appetizer was decent (I dont enjoy coriander, so I didn't appreciate the taste there, but that's just me).
The marinated pork hock was inedible... cant cut it, can't bite it, cant really eat it unless you suggest I try swallowing the thing whole.
The noodles... the kind where you start eating and you slowly stop eating and eating it becomes a difficult task to overcome but you realize its futile so you stop and you're done after consuming a quarter of the bowl. o.o
My friend had ordered a "bubble tea" which was really just a hk style milk tea and without tapioca which makes the drink absent of the bubbles in bubble tea. Regardless, she really enjoyed it! This seemed to be the only thing that left an impression, but not worthy of a revisit. :(
