I been going to focaccia for a year and let me tell you that their customer service had really gone downhill. Every time I go they give me an attitude when I request to get grilled burrito and not only do they give me an attitude they have refused my order by simply saying they don't have time. What kind a customer service is that? How do you operate a business and simply deny doing an order because of time. If you can't take care of your clients how do you expect to grow as a business? I wouldn't recommend any one to go there. Their prices are pricy as it is and their customer service is not at the same level.
