| - I couldn't say enough good things about this place. We have just moved in and have been here a week. Let's take a look at things thus far:
Getting our lease:
-Yesenia helped us throughout our entire process (pricing, viewing of apartments, leasing agreement, background check, measurements of the apartment, signing of the lease, walk through, etc). She was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, accommodating, answering all questions without hesitation, anticipated our needs, warm and friendly, thorough, caring, and most importantly she has gone above and beyond to assist with anything we have asked or needed. First impressions start from the front door and she has made a lasting one on us!
Apartment Location:
-We are located on the third floor (by choice, we didn't want anyone above us). It is a very long haul to bring anything up three flights of stairs but it is a good workout. Moving was a bit difficult but we managed. We are east facing; we have a view of the mountains. The noise of the traffic isn't ideal but you can't hear it unless the windows are all open. It's nice that we get the sunrise instead of the sunset which keeps the apartment cool.
Apartment Itself:
-The apartment is very spacious. We have two bedrooms at 1140 square feet. The cabinets are all darker wood. The appliances all black. The walls are painted a flat tan and the window treatments all white blinds. The carpet is a light tan. The apartment has a ton of outlets which is so nice! The two bedrooms are around the same size, so it would be good for roommates if you have any. The tubs in the bathrooms are HUGE! A 6' man can fit into them comfortably! There is plenty of storage so fitting everything you have shouldn't be a problem at all. The master closet is very large as well, more than enough room for a couple to share. The patio is also very spacious and has storage space next to the heater in the outdoor closet. I was a tad bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment when I first moved in, but I am an extremely clean person so I spent an extensive amount of time wiping things down and sanitizing everything.
Apartment Amenities:
-The garbage cans aren't too far from our location which is nice. There are two grills right outside our housing unit we can use. The heated pool is clean and a perfect temperature. The main pool has plenty of seating space with cabanas and grilling areas. The spa is fairly large. They have an entertainment room you can rent out for the night as well if you have large parties.
Maintenance:
-We requested a few maintenance touch up issues to be resolved and the maintenance staff was very timely, courteous, and professional.
Neighbors:
-Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. When we started moving our stuff from the Uhaul one even offered to help! Everyone is pretty quiet, but anyone we have seen outside walking their dogs or coming in has always greeted us with a smile.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our decision to move here and I highly recommend this complex.
