We've had mixed experiences with Fishcreek Nissan. In terms of sales, it's been great! In terms of service, my experiences are a bit more mixed. So first the good stuff. About a year ago we were in search of a vehicle. We figured out we wanted to test drive a Juke, but after really bad service at the Nissan dealership by our house, we made the trek down south to visit Fishcreek. We dealt with Jake and he was great! He was informative and helpful, but not pushy which we really appreciated! We definitely plan to buy from him again in the future. After buying the Juke there we have been taking it in for it's regular servicing. For the most part they do a great job. They get us in quickly and take good care of the car for a reasonable price. The downside is that booking the first appointment was confusing. I tried their online system and never got a response so I eventually had to call in. Upon arriving they usually great you to talk about what needs to be done and I find that there is quite a bit of variation in terms of who you talk to. Some of the service reps are very helpful and give clear ideas about when the care with be ready etc. Others have essentially just left us waiting and we wondered what was going on and what we should be doing. A little more direction from them about the process would be greatly appreciated, but overall we've been fairly happy with them and will continue to go their for servicing, as well as future vehicle purchases.
